Error message: Diversion from junction node is not allowed. To divert
flow from a node, you must use a pond with one or more pond outlet links
connected on downstream side.
Problem ID#: 54154
If there are multiple conduits leaving the junction, the following error
will appear. However, if this is not the case, check to see if the
orientation of the conduits attached to the junction are correct
(start/stop node set up correctly)
