Solution
If the user has limited rights, they will need rights to be able to extract this batch file.
Copy the batch file into the following location on the computer:
For 32-bit -- C:\Program Files\Bentley\PondPack
For 64-bit -- C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\PondPack
Once the batch file is in the folder, run execute the batch file. This should resolve the issue. The patch file can be found at this location:
