Problem

The file size of my PondPack V8i model is very large, specifically the .ppc.mdb file, even though the model is relatively small.

Solution

This may be due to excessive hydrographs being stored. In your calculation options, if you have "true" selected for "store hydrograph (as input)", then all hydrographs for all points in the model will be saved when you compute it. These will be saved under Components > Hydrographs > Hydrographs. If you have an excessive amount of stored hydrographs, this can greatly increase the file size of your model. To reduce the file size, delete all unwanted hydrographs from the hydrograph manager.
