Conduit stop invert automatically connecting to wetwell Minimum elevation

Problem

When connecting a conduit to a downstream wetwell, the conduit's stop invert is set equal to the wetwell minimum elevation instead of base elevation. (when using “Set Invert to Stop?” = True)

Solution

The wetwell minimum elevation represents the physical bottom of the inside of the wetwell; the lowest possible water surface elevation. The base elevation is a reference field that is typically set equal to the wetwell minimum elevation and is used as a datum for defining the operating range by level.

So, when setting an upstream conduit's "set invert to stop" to "true", it is expected that the stop invert will be set equal to the downstream wetwell's minimum elevation, since that is the physical bottom of the storage part of the wetwell.
