Problem
Can ModelBuilder be used to import time-depth curve storm data?
Solution
Yes, it can be used to import certain minimal parts of the time-depth curve field data, but cannot import the time vs. depth table values. The reason is because the data table values are a collection field that are nested with in a the storm data that is another collection field. This makes it complicated to import.
The suggested method is to create your time-depth curves using the manual method, but copy and paste in the data table information if you have it in a spreadsheet. After the information is input you will export the time-depth curve to the engineering libraries, so it can be imported the next time you need the information in another model.
