Problem

How are the K, M , C, and Y culvert equation coefficients used in culvert hydraulic calculations? 

Solution

K and M are equation coefficients used in both forms of the unsubmerged inlet control equation. C and Y are equation coefficients used in the submerged inlet control equation.
