Problem
Where does the information found in the engineering libraries culvert catalog and inlet catalog come from?
Solution
The culvert inlet coefficients come from the Federal Highway Administration 2001 manual. The inlet libraries were acquired from state DOT's and the HEC-22 Urban Drainage Design manual.
