Problem
User Notification, "The conduits culvert endwall reference is not set or does not exist"
Solution
In the properties of the conduit that is set to "Is Culvert?" = 'True' make sure the Culvert Endwall is set to use a culvert from the culvert catalog in the drop down menu.
