Problem
In the CONNECT Edition, the Scenario selection dropdown, select tool, pan and zoom icons that are normally above the drawing pane, are missing.
Solution
Click the gear icon under the View tab and ensure that the check box is checked next to "Show toolbar in the drawing view". Checking this option will bring it back.
If this does not help, try the "Reset Workspace" option.
