Problem

When computing a model in SewerGEMS or CivilStorm, the following error message is generated:

System.ArgumentException: Offset and length were out of bounds for the array or count is greater than the number of elements from index to the end of the source collection

Solution

This is related to how the Explicit solver stores the data. This issue can be resolved by downloading a later version of SewerGEMS or CivilStorm or by installing the latest patch set for version 10.00.00.40 or 10.00.00.45.

Workarounds for this issue would include recomputing the model or using the Implicit solver.
