Solution

1. Add Hebrew keyboard input from the Windows dialog "Text Services and Input Languages.

2. Enable international text support in the Bentley OpenFlows Product. The folder paths mentioned below use WaterCAD; replace with your OpenFlows product name.

CONNECT Edition (10.XX.XX.XX) and higher (23.XX.XX.XX+)

a. Make sure the Bentley OpenFlows product is closed.

b. Open the following file in a text editor.

C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Bentley\WaterCAD\XX\Haestad.Framework.Application.GlobalUserOptions.xml

(Where "XX" is your product generation. For CONNECT Edition, it would be 10" while 2023 would be "23" for example.)

c. Locate the variable InternationalTextSupportEnabled="false", and change the "false" to "true". The variable should be one the third line from the bottom.

d. Save and close the file.
