Problem

Error when opening AutoCAD integrated version of one of the OpenFlows products -

"Unhandled Exception c0000005 (Access Violation Reading 0xd61cd449) at address 3E24AAF0h".

Or, the following error appears:

SofTrack License Control Msg: "Use of the selected Application is not allowed while operating offline."

Solution

The above-mentioned error is seen when Bentley OpenFlows products are integrated with AutoCAD and “SofTrack” software is installed on that machine to monitor the Bentley licenses usage.

The issue has also been seen in the Standalone versions of Bentley OpenFlows products when "SofTrack" software is installed on that machine to monitor the Bentley licenses usage.

There are issues with the “WSCommCNTr4.exe” process of AutoCAD when using the AutoCAD integrated version of Bentley products, when SofTrack is installed on that system.

SofTrack has detected the issue, so contacting SofTrack technical support in this case is required.
