The on and off controls are set for a pump based on wetwell elevation, but the wetwell continues to fill past the pump on control and eventually overflows.
First, confirm that the control values are correct based on the wetwell operating range. If the wetwell is based on level instead of elevation, consider what the correct elevation is. "Level" is based on the distance above the bottom elevation.
Next, check if there is any conflict with logical controls per this article: Pump On/Off Elevations vs. Logical Controls
Lastly, for a case where the wetwell keeps filling, it may be that a downstream pump is turning on but the pump flow rate cannot keep up with the inflow. Graph wetwell HGL and inflow along with pump flow (click the pump, hold down CTRL, click the wetwell, right click > graph, then select those attributes from the Graph Series Options).
If this is the case, it could be due to an undersized downstream pressure pipe or undersized pump (per the pump definition).
