How to print to a PDF using ARCH E paper size?

Why isn't this size available when I try to print?

Solution

Try using a different PDF print driver. If you don't see another one available then you would need to search for one to download. When installing Adobe Acrobat a print driver is installed that includes additional paper sizes.
