When using the Explicit (SWMM) solver a pump is turning on and off for the wrong wet well hydraulic grades

Problem

When using the Explicit (SWMM) solver with a wetwell whose base elevation is different from the minimum elevation, the downstream pump(s) turn on and off for the wrong wetwell hydraulic grades. (controls are not being followed)

Solution

Try setting the wetwell's base elevation to the same elevation used for the wet well's minimum elevation.
After doing this the pump should turn on and off at the correct wet well hydraulic grades.
Note that the base elevation is not used for anything other than as a datum for levels, so changing it will not affect the results.

This issue will be fixed for CONNECT Edition Update 2 and greater (reference # 956829).

Wetwell continues to fill even though pump controls are configured

Wetwell level drops when pumps are off, or other unexpected results in graphs
