Problem
When computing or validating a model, the following error message is generated: "The last multiplier in a pattern must match the starting multiplier."
Solution
This issue occurs when the last multiplier in a pattern does not match the starting multiplier for the pattern. The first and last multiplier must match to ensure that the pattern can repeat if the model run time is longer than the pattern.
To fix the issue, check the starting multiplier at the top of the Patterns manager and make sure this is the same as the last multiplier in the pattern. The example below shows an example of the starting and ending multiplier being different. Notice the error message at the bottom of the dialog.

If last multiplier is changes to match the starting multiplier, the error will no longer occur.
