The following error message is generated when opening an existing model: Input string was not in a correct format.
This occurs after editing an Engineering Profile.
This issue has been reported after making changes to the Row Height Factor when editing the annotation table in the Engineering Profile. If a value for the Row Height Factor includes a decimal place, such as 5.5, this error can occur.
To resolve this issue, you will first need to import the database file into a new drawing by going to File > Import > (product name) Database. You can then save the file. You can still edit the annotation table for the Engineering Profile. If you change the Row Height Factor, make sure to use an integer value, such as 5, instead of a value that includes a decimal place.
This issue will be reviewed by the development team to be resolved in a future release of the storm and sewer products. The reference number for this is 979511.
