Problem
While setting up cartesian layers, time series plots are not visible.
Solution
First check when using Cartesian vertical discretization, the K index (vertical index) of the grid cell where the time series output is defined is not an active grid cell. In Cartesian coordinates, the layers are set at a fixed depth, so if the the K index is set as 1 (bottom layer) and that layer is set a value below the bathymetry layer, there are no results in that layer. With K value set to 1, and the vertical coordinate system is CARTESIAN, this means that the vertical layer where the values for output are being obtained are from the bottom layer (the deepest one). If you want to write the results near the surface, the K index should be set to 10.
