Problem
When adding elements manually in the MicroStation-integrated versions of the OpenFlows products, the elements are being added to the 0,0 coordinate instead of where they should be placed.
Solution
This may be related to a dgnlib file being loaded when MicroStation is being loaded. There is a possibility that the dgnlib contains 1 or more of the OpenFlows elements (such as manholes) that is interfering with layout. Updating or replacing the dgnlib file may help with the issue.
If the elements you are adding can be imported using ModelBuilder, such as using a shapefile source file, this may be a simple solution to adding elements to a model.
You could also add the elements manually in the the standalone version of the OpenFlows product. You can add the drawing file from MicroStation as a background layer by saving it as a DXF and going to View > Backgrounds. You can then manually add elements. If you prefer to work in MicroStation, you can import the file you created in standalone into the MicroStation integrated version. See this wiki for more details: CAD Functionality in Standalone as an alternative to AutoCAD or MicroStation integration.
