Element symbology, such as color coding and annotations, are not displayed correctly in the drawing pane.
The FlexTable, element properties, and annotations data does not match.
Try the following troubleshooting steps in the order they are listed.
1. Synchronize the drawing
A. In the software go to Tools > Database Utilities > Synchronize Drawing
B. When asked if you wish to synchronize the drawing now select "Yes". If asked to save the file before synchronizing do so.
2. Compact the database
A. In the software go to Tools > Database Utilities > Compact Database
B. When asked if you wish to compact the database now select "Yes". If asked to save the file before compacting do so.
3. Move the .sqlite and .wtg model files (.sqlite and .stsw files for storm and sewer products) to a new folder and open the model from there. Or, try deleting the .dwh file, then reopen the model.
4. If you are using the GIS drawing style, then try switching to CAD.
5. Check the Options dialog (See section "Options button" in this article to locate icon to open the dialog):
6. Download and install the latest graphics driver from the manufacturer's website.
