Billing and Tokens Page


Overview

The Billing and Tokens page provides the user with information about current token status, project length, token allotment, and activation/de-activation of module licenses.
Note: Only users with Project Administrator and IoT Creator roles have access to this section.

Navigating to the Billing and Tokens Page

The steps below will guide the user in navigating to the page.

1. Configure- From any of the Asset pages, click on the "Configure" icon,    in the lower left of the page. The user will be directed to the Asset Configuration page illustrated below. 

2. Navigating to Billing and Tokens- On the Asset configuration page, there is a card called "Billing and Tokens" on the right side of the page. Click "Manage" on this card.

Wallet

The Wallet portion of the page provides usage and expiration details for the Asset the user is currently in. The image below illustrates a typical Wallet page and descriptions of each line item follow below the image.

Tokens in Use- The total amount of tokens currently allocated for usage in the asset.

Tokens Available- Amount of tokens available for the asset.

Project Start Date- Shows the user when the asset began operation and charging tokens.

Project Term- Shows the user the contracted length of the project.

*note if Payment auto-renew is selected, the asset will not warn users of end date and token overage.

Project End Date- Automatically calculated through Project Start Date and Project Term, indicating the end of the contract term.

Warning Level- Allows the user to set the threshold for when token level warning is triggered.

Overage Level- Allows the user to set overage of tokens level in the asset.

Data Usage

This portion of the page provides the user with a breakdown of token usage within the asset. Users are able to see the quantity of each sensor tier and a calculation of the token usage for each sensor tier being used on the asset.

The calendar-style date selector on the top right corner allows the user to pick a date in the past and view the token uasge snapshot of that date.

Clicking the blue Sensor Tier name changes the pane to a breakdown of the tier outlining the quantity of token usage for specific sensor devices.

Module Usage & Licenses

This pane of the page allows users to determine which module licenses are enabled and the token cost for each license.
