This article describes the IoT Sensor Data Trend widget of the Digital Twin module.

The IoT Sensor Data Trend widget displays the selected sensor’s observation data along a timeline. When you select a sensor in the graphical view, its observations will be displayed in the form of a graph IoT Sensor Data Trend widget.

 

The X-axis always represents the timeline while the Y-axis represents the observation in the selected unit system. You can hover the cursor over the graph to see the observation and date at the selected point on the time series.

Click on the metric picker at the top of the graph to select the metric of interest and its preferred unit of display.

 

Click on the timeline picker to select the duration of observations to plot on the graph. You can select any duration between 1 hour and 1 year with the choices provided. You can also define a custom time duration by selecting the start and end dates and times. If you do not specify an end date or end time, the current time will be assumed and will be incremented in real-time.
