I currently own a perpetual license for AECOsim - a bentley product.
I have a work laptop and a work PC, I would like to install it on both. However I'd like to know what happens if I were to open the program on two computers at the same time?
I leave the program running overnight on my work PC sometimes - if it's processing a hidden line view etc and I know it'll take a while.
If I were to then at some point open the program on my work laptop, will I get notified that the license key is currently in use and be locked out from using it?
Or will it let me in but charge me for a second license or something since I'll have it open twice?
I won't be opening two instances of it intentionally, but want to make sure if I were to accidentally open two instances, what would happen? I just don't want to unknowingly get a big bill or something as a result of not knowing the answer. I couldn't find any terms and conditions in my licensing documentation that answers this.
Additionally I want to make sure I'm allowed to activate it on two separate machines.
