Thank you for the information. So reading this it means that I can download and install Bentley Navigator CONNECT edition and not have any problems with over usage, if I am the only one testing it?

Yes, Bentley CONNECTIONS Passports are named user licenses and are not subject to Quarterly Term License invoices. Usage is not calculated by the calendar hour but by the unique user. If you are the only user using Bentley Navigator, then that will be considered one usage (regardless of how many machines on which you use the software or how many Passport enabled applications are used ). At the end of a contract renewal Bentley looks at the total number of unique users for the entire length of the contract and compares it against your covered or owned licenses.
