Hi
After several attemps i'm not able to activate the new verson of Bentley Map PowerView (08.11.09.862).
I've earlier had some serious problems related to that (see earlier posts), but hoped that it was solved do to a workaround with cleaning up the license registration with a registry cleaner.
My problem is as follows:
In the license management overview Bentley Map seems to be correctly installed and activated because a have a green checkmark indicates that it is OK.
If I try to run a "Product activation wizard" eveyting is goig fine and I get no error messages.
But after 15 minutes of use the session terminates the notification that the license is not activated.
I've tried to run Both Bentley Map PowerView and the License Management in an elevated prompt, but it does not change anything.
I've made an error log which is uploaded to the Secure File Upload.
I really hope you can help.

I examined your log but only saw an activation issue with the Navigator Mobile Publisher license which should be unrelated. That being said, I have confirmed that your site has licenses for this product. To correct Navigator Mobile Publisher activation issue, open the License Management Tool, select Navigator Mobile Publisher in the list on the Activation Status tab, and click the Activate button. The status should switch to Activate.
Can you provide a screenshot of the licensing error you are encountering in Bentley Map PowerView? With logging enabled, please open Bentley Map PowerView to capture any licensing traffic generated by the product. Also, please open the License Management Tool, and select Send Logs Now to attempt a transmission of any recorded usage. Finally, submit the new licdebug.log file via Secure File Upload for further analysis.

Thanks for answer. I've now removed Navigator Mobile Publisher.
I got this message after 13 minutes of use in Bentley Map Powerview. It's the same as earlier..
I will upload my debug lic error log in a few minutes.

Thank you for the new log. The product is not logging any usage for itself. This looks remarkably similar to a Bentley Map PowerView activation issue you encountered several months ago. As a troubleshooting measure, please remove and install the product again, and note whether it resolves the issue like before.
Hi Jeremy. You are right, it's excatly the same error described in the earlier posts. My solution at that time seems only to be temporary :(.
I've now done as you described (and as I did with temporary success last time).
1. Uninstalled PowerView
2. Run a registry cleaner
3. Rebooted my machine
4. Installed Bentley Map PowerView.
Now, the logging file looks better than before. No errors and I think my license is now accepted if I had not missed anything in my quick review of the log file.

Yes, the log confirms that Bentley Map PowerView is now recording usage locally and transmitting it to SELECTserver. I recommend exporting a copy of your registry to a file to capture a known good state. If the problem resurfaces in the future, a comparison of the registry against the backup copy may yield some clues.
