Hi all,
I have successfully activated the Bentley license, but I am unable to launch PC-Help after checking it out using the License Management Tool. I know this is an older program but there is another person who also has this checked out and it is working fine, both are running Windows 10. Is anyone able to provide me some assistance on this issue or advise of another location to receive support? I have attached screenshots below.

To better determine what licenses and version numbers LEAP PC-Help is expecting, please open the License Management Tool, and enable error logging. Then open LEAP PC-Help and reproduce the issue. Submit the resulting licdebug.log file to Bentley using our Communities Secure File Upload page. Finally, reply in this thread so that I can retrieve the file and analyze it for you.
Important: Please do not post your log file directly in the forum post since it contains sensitive licensing information that should not be made public.

The log did not capture any activation attempts, unfortunately. Can you provide a screenshot of the Activation Status tab in the License Management Tool? This can be safely posted directly in the forum thread.

The screenshot establishes that PC-Help is not attempting to activate any other licenses unexpectedly. I have created a service request for the product support team and included all of the content you have provided so far. An acknowledgement email has been sent directly to you with the service request number. One of my colleagues from the product support team will follow up with you.
