I am new to Bentley software and its licensing.. We have SELECTSERVER.BENTLEY COM subscription.
For certain reasons i want to move OpenRoads Designer from one computer to another. As i am new to this, please help me in understanding CheckIn CheckOut of licensing.
Also please guide me how to do this process..

Yes when I click OK , the program works normally . But this doesn't happen on other machines having OpenRoads.. And this is only first time I notice that .

I have filed a service request with our product support team to investigate further. You should be receiving an acknowledgement email shortly with the service request number. I got acknowledgement email on Thursday, but till yet i dont have any further progress.
Hopefully it will clear the doubts.

We received the same error on OpenRoads Designer with he same conditions as described.
