We have a lot of QTL issues. There is a common issue.
I will give you an example.
- There are two machines using STAAD.Pro by checking out/In.
- It always records an over access when I checked in the license at machine-A and then check out the license again at machine-B after 10 minutes (estimation).
So, How do I do it without an over access ?

SELECTserver is not capable of enforcing a cap on usage due to the elimination of a real-time connection between the licensed application and the license. Product usage under 10 minutes is not considered for billing purposes, and product usage of 10 minutes or more is counted in ten-minute time slots, not the entire day.
