I have a MS Tower Nodelock License which was purchased in 2016. Now the PC that the software lying on is suddenly broken and it is not accessible. Do I have to request a new Nodelock License key from Bentley in order to install it on another machine? or is there any way to activate my nodelock license in another machine?

You appear to be associated with an ELS site (site key ending in C138) that has licenses for MStower, none of which are checked out. If your site key ends in C138, please configure the new machine with this key. Your product will then activate automatically the next time it is opened.
