After the update of Windows 10 last may, the connect versions of Microstation, Descartes and LumenRT designer, these won't respond anymore after startup at my laptop. However, they keep the processor @13% running. (quadcore - hyperthreathing)
I already tried complete re-install and a -restoredefault of Microstation Connect edition update 10.
The 32-bit Powercivil and Microstation still function.
What are the options?

It's not clear what update did you install and what version is currently on your computer.
The problem with original "Windows 10 Spring Update" was discussed in more forums quite widely. The issue is summarized in this wiki article.
If you update your Windows automatically regularly, the problem should be solved now, because a bug relesed with the original update to version 1803 was solved by patch released by Microsoft about two weeks ago.
