Billing For Using LumenRT

If your organization has a SELECT Open Access subscription, you have access to the full Bentley LumenRT licenses but do not own them. To force LumenRT to use the free LumenRT Designer license instead, please perform the following steps:

1. Create a Custom Activation Group on SELECTserver that explicitly omits the Bentley LumenRT license. Just ensure you include the LumenRT Designer and OpenRoads Designer licenses.
2. Configure OpenRoads workstations to use the Custom Activation Group.
3. To keep the full Bentley LumenRT license from running in offline mode for seven days before expiring, expire the Bentley LumenRT license immediately on workstations using the following batch file.

This will resolve the problem going forward. As for the invoice, please consult with your account manager for possible options.
