annually bentley microstation license prroblem

Hello there,

we got annually problem microstation license, our license known as trial. is there some one have faced and solved the same problem?

  • Are you running MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 11 (i.e version 10.11.00.36)? If so, please refer to the following activation instructions for CONNECT Licensing-enabled products.

    If you are running an earlier version of MicroStation (i.e. version 10.10.xx.xx or earlier), please perform the following steps to capture a diagnostic log instead:

    1. Open the License Management Tool. In MicroStation V8i, this can be done by opening the MicroStation and selecting License Management from the Utilities menu.
    2. Enable error logging using the following instructions.
    3. Select MicroStation on the Activation Status tab within the License Management Tool, and click the Activate button in the lower right corner.
    4. Submit the resulting licdebug.log file using our Secure File Upload page for further analysis.
      Important: The log file contains personal licensing information that should not be made public. Do not post the log in a forum response. Use the Secure File Upload page.
    5. Notify me once the log has been submitted so that I can retrieve and examine it.
