I have another question to the same usage report. I hope it's OK to type it here? Else I will make a new topic...
On the same usage report there is two rows with a usage of exactly 10 mins, which we believe is pretty suspect. It's not 9 minutes, not 11. And we have seen that same picture on three other usage reports from the same customer. We only see the problem at there location. I can upload the three extra usage reports if you would see them too?

Bentley products released prior to August 2015 logged a minimum of 10 minutes usage when opened. Updates to the license client included with Bentley products since then changed the minimum to one minute instead. I suspect the product usage in question is originating from a product version release prior to August 2015. To determine this, please refer to the following list of products that remove the ten-minute minimum. To determine product versions of reported usage on SELECTserver, please run an Applications By Machine report by selecting the following from the Report drop-down menu:
Inventory Reports -> Applications By Machine
