I'm trying to do a reinstall of a product for a customer. The license file is being read correctly, I'm choosing the right product name, but I keep having issues with the product version. How do I figure this out?
For most products you can confirm the 8 (or 9) digit product release number in the Windows System Control Panel - Add / Remove Programs area.
I'm going by the version on the installation file, so I'm seeing gint083004206en. So I've entered it in as 08.30.04.206 and other variations, but it keeps getting rejected.
When you say "it keeps getting rejected," do you mean the OK button in the dialog remains disabled? If so, please press Enter or click out of the field after typing the version number. This should enable the OK button.
