I recently updated my RAM elements to version 16.0.0.37. It placed me in a trial period that has now expired. Now, I cannot seem to activate my office's RAM Elements license. Where do I begin?
You appear to have created a Bentley login yourself which is not associated to a company, hence why no licenses can be found. Please ask one of your administrators to create a login for you. Once created, it will provide access to licenses unless an administrator explicitly limits what products you can activate.
Can this account be added to my organization's Bentley account or will a new one need to be created?
If your administrator creates a login for you with the same email address, our login system is supposed to associate your existing login to the organization.
