Dear Support,
i am getting licensing error while using MXRoads and Power Civil, as shown attached screenshots. Previously the error appeared in MXRoads, and then it escalates to Power Civil as well. It is also to be noted that it appeared previously in one machine, and now it all machines having power civil and mx roads. i followed the steps showing below screenshots but no progress. i even tried fresh installation of products as well as clear cache, and reactivation but no luck.
i also raised service request (7000877451), but unfortunately no response till yet.
please help me in this regard,

This issue has been resolved now.
what is the SAL agreement for the Bentley License Service to be online and functional? Just in case we need to claim. i think about launching one specific client in a fixed interval to check if the Cloud Licensing works properly while our internet is up. I mean, Bentley forced us to use this new service, but for now its a irritating, unstable service. User keep getting annoying Connection Client messages and any how, you need to log in again and again even if it should stay logged it. And in the end, its not even a brand new thing. Thats somehow weird and disappointing.

Please also let me know if you found any solution to this problem . It is creating problem, even it is asking for login in connection client when we use bentley viewer which is a free application to view files .. i am facing same trouble ..
