On opening microstation over the last couple of days , users on U11 are receiving the below error. In addition to this it is taking around 2-5mins to open microstation, I presume in an attempt to reach the server??

Just to be sure, it is a warning that you may run into an overage as the Usage Alerting Service is having an issue. We are continuing to work on addressing the issue. A new push is being done this morning. I will post an update once that is done. The status dashboard is also reflecting this issue.

What does that mean? No danger of over usage on Connect. There all using V8i because Connect is such a pain.
Same issue here with Ram Structural System. If I stop the Connection Client, will everything work OK??? It is driving me crazy. I can't get any work done!
It means if you are using CONNECT Licensing you need to be aware that the alerting service is not functioning properly. You may, or may not exceed the threshold you set and not be notified.
The product you are using doesn't matter, it is based off of CONNECT Licensing. I am not sure how you can't work, you can still use the Products. Yes - it may take longer to access the program but they function. A reboot may help with the sign in time. Our push is almost completed.
