I am getting the following message when I open my Bentley View connect edition:
Requested help previously, but nothing seems to solve the problem. I can't find the send logs now feature as well. Can somebody help.
The application also shuts down after a short period.
Please open the Windows Start menu, type Bentley Licensing, and choose Bentley Licensing Tool from the results list. Then select Send Logs Now from the Tools menu.

I did the above a few times but no success.
Diagnostic logs maintained by CONNECTION Client may explain why this error keeps occurring. Please perform the following steps to gather and submit them:
Once received, I will examine the logs for problems and follow up with you.
I am facing the same problem. I have uploaded my log as instructed.
I get no results when typing %CommonProgramFiles%\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LogCollector.
