How to activate my purchased softwares (RCDC-US and Ram Connection) of perpetual licenses without the extra charges or wrong billing? The last time I did this on my own, it resulted to wrong billing. I have to stop using the software before the billing gets out of control. Issue came bout since 05-Feb-2019. This have created inconvenience and troubles for me.I have tried numerous attempts to ask for assistance from bentley but the the same has continued to disappoint me. I am not happy at all with the service rendered to me despite me paying the maintenance fees that comes with it. I'm sorry but I have to vent out my frustration.
I want to add, I am the only user. I have only my laptop where I am using the purchased softwares. The records of my usage are on your system. I need somebody to remote my system to ensure activation is done properly so I can continue the usage without extra charges or billing.
I see you filed a service request for this issue as well. It has been rerouted to our licensing team in your region for follow-up. In the meantime, if you have RCDC 08.00.00.16 and RAM Connection 13.00.00.56 installed, please sign into CONNECTION Client with your email address to activate them. If only one laptop is signed in with your email address and uses these products, usage will never exceed one license for either product.

The mistake was acknowledged by Bentley. And I have that on record. However, I do not know the procedures as I am totally knew to Bentley. The only thing I did was install the softwares and input the site activation key which was provided to me. Note that I was given only 1 site activation key for both software. Then everything went wrong when I started using it. I have been asking for a remote session but I dont know if bentley will ever listen or provide.... I would appreciate it more if "less talk more action" kind of service was provided to me...
I hope you can put yourself in my shoes... I need help.
