CONNECTION Client isn't installed

I am using Bentley STUDENTserver. 4 days ago, I installed MAXSURF Enterprise and successfully activated the product but I had other problems on my PC so I had to reset windows system.

I tried to install the software again but CONNECTION Client isn't installed and I tried to install it separately but it didn't work and I had this message below.

Help Please

Hello,

Try doing a clean boot then run the install. It that doesn't work try using the Microsoft Fix It tool.

If neither of those work please upload your CONNECTION Client installation logs from %temp% folder.

I suppose that the problem was a specific update Window 10 update 1809 and it was successfully installed after that
