Im getting this error on recently installed Connect staad/ram package on first trial to access. Anyone know what this is?

Are you getting that message signing in to the CONNECTION Client? What version of the CONNECTION Client do you have installed? If it's not 10.00.13.17 Please download and install it from the Store
