Hi there, I am getting the following error continuously: 'The Licence Client was unable to contact the Usage Logging Service.' I have used the Send Log Feature and I am still unable to use the viewer. Is there a solution?

No, the script deletes two files in the current user profile, so running it as another user will not have the intended effect. I recommend running the script as an administrator on Windows 7 only because it experienced permissions problems when attempting to quit CONNECTION Client. I did not see this behavior in my tests with Windows 10.
could you please update the batch file link? I'm seeing a Page Not Found now. TIA
