I am having issues with my Bentley viewer being disabled by log send. I have tried using Send log now function in the Bentley Licensing tool but to no avail.

How do I obtain my Log files?
It can be found in your SelectServer Administration Site, Administration->Manual Log Transmittal, download the unprocessed Logs. Please see wiki: https://communities.bentley.com/products/licensing/w/licensing__wiki/13481/how-to-manually-transmit-logs-from-the-selectserver

You appear to be using Bentley View CONNECT Edition. This product has been encountering licensing problems when used with Bentley logins not associated to an organization. A fix has been implemented on our end, but the changes may not be propagating to your machine yet. To force an update, please download and run the following batch file. Instructions are provided at the bottom of the page. Please confirm whether you can use Bentley View CONNECT Edition now.
