I have a user that is having to send logs every week to keep using his MicroStation Connect edition software. any help appreciated. I have almost no familiarity with this software.

he gets two errors. the "application use will be limited" error, and a message that the session will time out in 2 minutes and to activate the product refer to microstation help or contact your administrator.
