So I've signed on (and logged into) everything I believe I have to and yet I can still not have Bentley View open normally. I go to the web and am told I am not authorized. I am authorized for anything to do with our company's Bentley involvement. Our IT department has tried to resolve the problem and says I have all the authorities on my system and it's on Bentley's end. What do I have to do to simply open and use Bentley view without this happening. Note: What log is the message referring to and where do I send it once I find it? Thanks Dan
We have the same issue/massage. Bentley View 10.12.0.43 installed. User logged to Connection Client as nonSELECT user. Logs sent manually from Bentley Licensing Tool. Application is not activated. There is a massage in BLT it is not actiavted because logs aren't send. Please advise. Thank you in advance.
Thank you Robert,
that explains the issue; however, I'm not sure how to correct it. I logged out and tried logging back in. I've looked for any settings that changes me from 'nonSELECT' user but can't find it. Can you or someone that has read the issue tell me how to fix it? If not and the response is 'contact Bentley' thoughts on the best way? I've gone to a few pages but because I'm not an a listed administrator (??) I can't even access the site. It's like a gauntlet and somewhat frustrating. I'm spending a lot of time converting files to .dwgs to get the data I need from the dgn that the view would give me if I could just get this fixed. Thank you in advance for anyone that can help
Please confirm whether you are still encountering this error when attempting to use Bentley View CE. A change was made on our end on April 19th to address this issue.
