I have submitted a support ticket for this but not heard anything on it.
I am a new Microstation Connect user and trying to activate. I am logged in to the connection client and can see that I have a Microstation entitlement in the licensing tool.
However, when I attempt to launch Microstation Connect the splash screen will pop up, but the application will not launch. I am obviously missing something here, but I am not sure what it is. On a side note, it would be nice if the application would tell me what the problem is, instead of just refusing to launch. Not the best startup experience.
Any help on this would be appreciated. This is getting quite frustrating.

Does your CONENCT setup have a customised Workspace or are you using it out of the box (aka web download). If you have customised it, does it work if you revert it back to the defaults. Its always good to test this, as configurations can causes startup issues.
