Unable to access service request manager

Hi there,

I have recently purchased Microstation through one of your channel partners and I am having trouble downloading the software. Clicking on the link that was sent with the License Information email brings up an error message. Is there someone I can email who might be able to help? I'm unable to raise a service request as it's giving me an 'Access Denied' message.
