I just downloaded Bentley View. When I execute it, I get a message that 'no entitlement could be found'. I have attempted to activate Bentley View through the licensing wizard, but cannot get the wizard to list Bentley View.
How do I get entitlement to Bentley View?

I have attempted to activate Bentley View through the Licensing Wizard. Although it is listed under Product Status in the Licensing tool, the Wizard does not list Bentley View. . When I get to 'CONNECT License Client Activation', select Activate One or More Products and click Next, nothing happens. The Add Product link referenced by the instructions is not available.
