V8i ver 0811809.089 SELECt series 4 is suddenly working in 15 minute interwals only.
Licencing detais tells: " Last connected 31 days ago". SELECTServer Serial Number 30000000131884. "
Test in Licencing management tools returns: "Select Server and activation key verified .
Appreciate any suggestions .

Use the License Tool and re-send the logs.

Allready tried resending the logs which seemed to work , but no awail. Now did it again and got a new responce :
"Licence Log file not found. please run your application first."
The responce is nonsence as I am using the Licencing tool which resides inside the application , so the application is certainly allready running.
So I am still stuck .
Also did a new activation which seemingly went through allright but the Activation status on products installed on the machine window tells me that Microstation as well as CONNECTION Client are "Disabled", whatever that means. There is also an alarming new line ." Recomendation Engine which says Offline. 6 day (s) untill disabled.
We have two MicroStation V8i and one Power Draft all paid for with good money and duly activated so I have and particularly our management has diffuculties understanding this need for, constant online spying on the usage, and reneving of activations.
Anyhow Im the one being blamed when workstations and programs cease working so would appreciate any idea of how to solwe this activation mess ?
Do you know if you are "entitled" to run MicroStation? It's something "new" with CONNECT licensing, which I think this version is utilizing. Your site administrator needs to confirm that MicroStation is "entitled".
