I've put a service request in for this but have no answer yet , so I'll put it to this forum also.
I am using the latest Connect versions of OpenRoads and Also OpenRail. I have been using the Lumen RT from within these softwares (i do not have a stand alone pro version of Lumen RT) and I am receiving quaterly overuasge invoices for Lumen RT when I am aware that it is part of my subscriptions for OpenRail and OpenRoads.
I'm about to add a CCS subscription to my licence pool and don't want to be charged for lumen RT on that when I am entitled to use it. With the exception of not using Lumen RT how do I stop getting charged for overuseage on Lumen RT
